What The Constitution Means To Me, Theatreworks 2026-2027 Season
Private Lives, Theatreworks 2026-2027 Season

Written by Noël Coward
Director: Christy Montour-Larson

With the sun setting on a luxurious hotel suite, cocktails on the terrace, and the orchestra playing their song from the ballroom below, Elyot and Amanda have the stage set for a perfect honeymoon – if only they were still married to each other. When the formerly wedded pair discovers they’ve inadvertently booked neighboring honeymoon suites, they reawaken the volatile magnetism that first brought them together (and drove them screaming apart). With their shiny new spouses in tow, the unstoppable force and the immovable object slam together once again. Their collision sparkles with moonlight, champagne, and the witty, repartee that characterizes all of Noël Coward’s best work, reminding audiences ‘tis better to have loved and fought than never to have loved at all…
