Box Office Services & Information

The Ent Center Box Office is the sole provider for tickets sales to all events taking place at the Ent Center for the Arts. 

Services the Ent Center Box Office provides: 

• In-person and over-the-phone ticket sales at our box office located at the Ent Center front desk. Current box office hours can be found here. 
• Web-based ticket sales are available 24/7 for purchase through our e-commerce platform on our website. 
• Professional and friendly team of Patron Services staff who provide prompt assistance with all ticket sales and event promotion. 
• Day-of-event box office support including Will Call distribution. 
• Automated ticket count reports that are emailed directly to the client. 
• Post-show reports on event-specific data including patron list, attendance data and sales revenue. 
• A selection of standard price-zone maps for each venue, with the option to customize for an additional fee. 
• The creation of up to 4 promotional or discount codes per event, with the option to create more for an additional fee. 
• The option to allocate up to 25% of a venue’s tickets as consignment ticket sales. 
• The ability to request any number of complimentary tickets for the event, provided that the complimentary tickets are not sold. 
• The ability to use event-specific vouchers that are distributed by the client and exchanged for tickets to the event. 

The ECFA Box Office charges the following fees: 

• Per ticket fees are added to all tickets sold through the ECFA Box Office as well as consignment tickets. Per ticket fees are based on the price of the ticket and are paid for by the ticket buyer. 
• Credit card transaction expense of 3% of gross ticket sales purchased through credit card transactions. This fee is charged to the client in the settlement process after the performance. 
• Complimentary ticket fee of $0.10 per comp ticket processed through the ECFA Box Office. This fee is charged to the client in the settlement process after the performance. 
• Free event fee of $1 per ticket for events that have a zero-dollar ticket value. This fee is charged to the client in the settlement process after the performance. 

It is our policy that all ticket sales are final, and no refunds are given unless an event is canceled or rescheduled. Exchanges for a different performance of the same event are allowed but must be made prior to the original event date and time.
