Box Office Services for Guest Productions

The Ent Center for the Arts at UCCS (ECFA) Box Office is the sole provider of ticket sales for all events taking place at the Ent Center. When you bring your production to our venues, our professional Patron Services team is here to handle ticketing from first sale through closing night — so you can focus on your event.

Ticketing Services Included

Every guest production at the Ent Center has access to the following Box Office services:

In-person and over-the-phone ticket sales at the Ent Center Box Office
Web-based ticket sales available 24/7 through our e-commerce platform
Professional Patron Services staff providing prompt assistance with all ticket sales and event support
Day-of-event Box Office support, including Will Call distribution
Automated ticket count reports emailed directly to you as the client
Post-show reports including patron list, attendance data, and sales revenue
A selection of standard price-zone maps for each venue
Up to 4 promotional or discount codes per event
Option to allocate up to 25% of venue tickets as consignment sales
Complimentary ticket allocation (provided comp tickets are not resold)
Event-specific vouchers distributed by the client and exchanged for tickets

Box Office Fee Structure

The following fees apply to all guest productions. Per-ticket fees are paid by the ticket buyer; all other fees are charged to the client in the post-show settlement process.

Ticket Sales Policy

All ticket sales through the Ent Center Box Office are final. Refunds are not issued unless an event is canceled or rescheduled. Ticket exchanges for a different performance of the same event are permitted, provided the exchange is requested prior to the original event date and time.
