Whether you're planning a live performance, a corporate conference, or a community celebration, the Ent Center for the Arts at UCCS (ECFA) offers a world-class setting in the heart of Colorado Springs. With eight distinctive spaces — from an 800-seat concert hall to an outdoor sculpture garden framed by the Rocky Mountains — we're here to help you create an experience your guests will carry with them long after the curtain falls.
Spaces Available for Rental
The Ent Center offers professionally equipped performance and event spaces to suit productions of every scale. All venues include state-of-the-art audio/visual technology and on-site technical support.
Shockley-Zalabak Theater
| Capacity: 742–778 seats (varies by apron configuration) Our largest and most versatile performance space, the Shockley-Zalabak Theater is a proscenium house equipped with a hydraulic apron, full fly system, and professional lighting and sound infrastructure. Ideal for touring productions, large concerts, and major community events. |
Chapman Foundations Recital Hall
| Capacity: Up to 242 A premier acoustic performance space designed for recitals, chamber music, and ceremonies. The Chapman Foundations Recital Hall features exceptional natural acoustics, a warm and elegant atmosphere, and professional audio/visual infrastructure — making it equally suited to intimate performances and polished corporate presentations. |
Marie Walsh Sharpe Gallery of Contemporary Art
| Capacity: Up to 80 guests (reception/standing) A museum-quality white-cube space ideal for receptions, private events, and art-forward gatherings. Features 2,600 square feet of fully flexible, transformable space with state-of-the-art humidity control and a dedicated loading dock. |

Getting Here & Parking
The Ent Center for the Arts is located on the UCCS campus at 5225 North Nevada Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80918. Complimentary parking is available in the adjacent lot.
Accessibility
The Ent Center is fully ADA-accessible. Accessible parking, entrances, seating, and restrooms are available throughout the facility. For specific accommodation requests, please contact our Box Office in advance at (719)255-3232.
Visiting from a Lower Elevation?
Colorado Springs sits at 6,035 feet above sea level. If you're arriving from a lower elevation, we recommend giving yourself a day to acclimate, staying well hydrated, and limiting alcohol consumption. Canned oxygen is available for purchase at the Ent Center if needed.
Pricing
Venue rental rates are customized to your event's specific needs and are available upon request. All quotes reflect the cost of space rental only; labor, equipment, and additional services are quoted separately.
