Into the Woods in Concert

One Weekend Only!

Directed by Caitlin Lowans with musical direction by J. Chang-Tablada, written by Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine
Thursday, March 21st - Sunday, March 24th, 2024

Thursday through Sunday at 7:30 p.m. and Saturday at 2:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

The little girl in the red hood, the boy and his cow, the woman with the priceless shoes, the prince, the baker and his wife, the wolf, and the witch venture into the woods—as the fairy tales you know meet the endings you don’t!

Stephen Sondheim’s masterful look at what happens after happily ever after comes to life on the Shockley-Zalabak stage for one weekend only! “Take the journey” with Theatreworks in collaboration with the Chamber Orchestra of the Springs for a musically lush concert staging of one of the most iconic musicals of all time.

Led by the wonderful team who brought you Lumberjacks in Love—director Caitlin Lowans and music director J. Chang-Tablada—Into the Woods brings the talent of an entire community to one of the great American musicals.
